Return & Cancellation Policy – Pavitram Enterprises

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

2. Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product delivered

Conditions:

  • Must inform within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Unboxing video is recommended for verification

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of edible/health products (honey, saffron, shilajit), returns are not accepted for opened or used items.
